BajiApp Terms and Conditions – Pakistan Players

Welcome to bajiapp. By registering an account, logging in, placing a bet, playing any game, or making a deposit or withdrawal on the bajiapp platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and fully agree to these Terms and Conditions. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and bajiapp.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the bajiapp platform immediately and not proceed with registration or any further activity on the site. These terms apply to all users of bajiapp regardless of how they access the platform — through a web browser, a mobile browser, or any other method.

These Terms and Conditions should be read together with bajiapp's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into these terms and form part of the complete agreement between you and bajiapp.

To register and use bajiapp, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Bajiapp strictly prohibits the use of its platform by anyone under the age of 18. We reserve the right to request proof of age documents at any time and to suspend or close any account where we have reason to believe the account holder may be underage.
• You must be registering as an individual acting on your own behalf — not as an agent, representative, or on behalf of any third party.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration and keep that information updated. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of an employee of bajiapp or any of its affiliated companies.
• You must not already hold another active bajiapp account. Only one account per person is permitted. Multiple accounts belonging to the same individual may be closed and funds withheld pending investigation.

Your bajiapp account is personal to you. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials — your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account details with anyone else or allow any other person to access your bajiapp account.

Bajiapp will never ask for your password via email, phone, or chat. If you receive any communication claiming to be from bajiapp and requesting your password or payment card details, do not respond and report it to us at support@bajiapp.biz immediately.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs on your account. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact bajiapp support immediately. We will investigate and take appropriate action, but bajiapp cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your login details.

• Use a strong, unique password for your bajiapp account — do not reuse passwords from other sites.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) in your account settings for additional security.
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.
• Do not access bajiapp over unsecured public Wi-Fi networks without a VPN.

Bajiapp reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC — Know Your Customer) at any point during your account's lifetime. This is standard practice for licensed gaming platforms and is required to prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage gaming. Failure to complete KYC verification when requested may result in the suspension of your account and the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is completed.

All transactions on bajiapp are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Bajiapp supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals:

All funds deposited into your bajiapp account must come from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from accounts or cards belonging to other individuals are not permitted and may result in account suspension. This rule exists to protect both bajiapp and its players from fraud.

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, wherever technically possible. This is a standard anti-money-laundering (AML) measure. Bajiapp reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawal requests, particularly for large amounts or where account activity warrants additional review.

By placing a bet or participating in any game on bajiapp, you accept the rules specific to that game or betting market as displayed on the platform at the time of play. These market-specific rules take precedence over any general sporting conventions and are final.

Bajiapp reserves the right to void any bet or gaming transaction where:

• There has been an obvious error in the odds or payout calculation (a "palpable error") — for example, decimal odds of 100.00 displayed instead of 1.00 due to a data feed error.
• There is evidence that the bet was placed using information unavailable to the general public at the time of betting (insider information).
• The bet was placed after the event had already concluded (late bet).
• There is reasonable suspicion of match-fixing, result manipulation, or collusion between players.
• There is evidence of systematic exploitation of a platform error, bug, or unintended promotion.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per market and per account. Limits are displayed at the time of bet placement. Bajiapp reserves the right to impose individual account bet limits at its discretion, including on accounts that show unusual betting patterns.

All betting decisions made by the bajiapp trading team with respect to result settlement, void decisions, and market suspension are final and binding. In the event of a dispute regarding a bet settlement, the outcome as determined by bajiapp's official data providers will be used. Disputes must be raised within 30 days of the event's conclusion.

Bajiapp offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives from time to time. Each promotion has its own specific terms, which are published alongside the promotion and must be read in full before claiming. The following general bonus terms apply to all bajiapp promotions unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• Wagering requirements: Most bonuses on bajiapp carry a wagering requirement — the amount you must bet before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated clearly on each promotion page. For example, a "10x wagering requirement" on a Rs 1,000 bonus means you must place bets totalling Rs 10,000 before that bonus can be withdrawn.
• Minimum odds: Free bets and certain matched bonuses may only count towards wagering requirements when placed on markets with minimum qualifying odds (e.g. odds of 1.50 or higher). Bets placed on markets below the minimum odds threshold do not count towards wagering.
• Eligible games: Some bonuses are restricted to specific game categories. A sports betting welcome bonus may not contribute towards wagering on casino games, and vice versa. Eligible game categories are stated in each promotion's terms.
• One bonus per player: Welcome bonuses are available once per player, per household, per payment method, and per device. Attempts to claim a welcome bonus multiple times via multiple accounts will be treated as a breach of these terms.
• Expiry: Bonus funds and free bets have an expiry period. Unclaimed or unused bonuses expire as stated in the promotion terms and cannot be reinstated after expiry.
• Abuse: Bajiapp reserves the right to withdraw bonus offers, cancel pending bonuses, and reclaim bonus-derived winnings from any account where bonus abuse is suspected. This includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, placing offsetting bets to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine play, and using automated tools.

Bajiapp is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire player base. Gaming is intended to be an enjoyable form of entertainment, and we want it to stay that way for everyone who uses our platform. We take our responsibilities in this area seriously.

Every bajiapp account has access to the following responsible gaming tools, available directly from your account settings at any time:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limit increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period; reductions take effect immediately.
• Session time reminders: Set an alert to remind you how long you have been playing in a single session.
• Cooling-off period: Take a break from bajiapp for a specified period (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days). Your account remains open but you cannot place bets or deposit during the cooling-off period.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from bajiapp. Once self-exclusion is activated, it cannot be reversed for a minimum of six months. During self-exclusion, all marketing communications from bajiapp will be stopped immediately.

Bajiapp trains its customer support team to identify signs of problem gambling and to respond appropriately. If our team notices patterns of behaviour that suggest a player may be experiencing difficulties — such as chasing losses, increasingly frequent large deposits, or requests to override responsible gaming limits — we reserve the right to proactively reach out or impose account restrictions in the player's interest. The following actions are strictly prohibited on bajiapp and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Using bajiapp if you are under 18 years of age.
• Using any automated software, bots, scripts, or tools to interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or unintended platform behaviour for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the bajiapp deposit and withdrawal system to move funds unrelated to genuine gaming activity.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any casino game or sports betting market.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bajiapp staff or other players in any communication channel.
• Attempting to access another player's account without their consent.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring bajiapp account credentials to any third party.
• Placing bets using insider information or in conjunction with any match-fixing arrangement.

Bajiapp reserves the right to investigate any account activity it considers suspicious and to share information with relevant authorities in connection with any suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity. Bajiapp cooperates fully with law enforcement investigations.

Bajiapp collects and processes personal data in connection with your account registration and use of the platform. This includes identifying information (name, date of birth, CNIC), contact information (email address, phone number), payment information, and records of your gaming activity.

Your data is collected for the purposes of account management, payment processing, identity verification (KYC/AML compliance), responsible gaming monitoring, fraud prevention, and where you have opted in, marketing communications. Bajiapp does not sell your personal data to third parties.

Your personal data is processed and stored in accordance with bajiapp's Privacy Policy, which you should read in full. You have the right to request access to the data bajiapp holds about you, to request corrections, and to request deletion (subject to legal retention requirements). Bajiapp provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While we work hard to maintain uptime and a smooth player experience, we do not guarantee that the platform will be available without interruption at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or external factors may cause temporary service disruptions.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bajiapp's liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform is limited to the amount of funds held in that player's bajiapp account at the time the claim arises. Bajiapp is not liable for any indirect, special, consequential, or incidental losses — including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity — arising from your use of the platform.

Bajiapp is not responsible for losses arising from technical failures on the part of third-party payment providers, internet service providers, or device hardware. In the event of a technical failure that affects the outcome of a bet or game, bajiapp will review the circumstances and determine an appropriate resolution, which may include voiding the affected transaction and returning stakes.

You acknowledge that all gaming and betting involves risk, that the outcome of bets and games is uncertain, and that you may lose some or all of the funds you wager. Bajiapp is not responsible for any financial losses you incur through your gaming and betting activity on the platform.

Bajiapp reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account at any time and without prior notice where:

• A breach of these Terms and Conditions has occurred or is suspected.
• We receive a legal requirement to do so from a competent authority.
• The account holder passes away (in which case the account will be frozen pending instruction from the estate).
• We have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Continuing to allow the account to operate would cause harm to bajiapp, its other players, or third parties.
• The account has been inactive for more than 12 consecutive months (dormant account policy).

You may close your bajiapp account at any time by contacting support. Any remaining balance will be refunded to your registered payment method after identity verification and provided there are no outstanding bonus wagering requirements, pending bets, or compliance holds. Outstanding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure at the player's request.

Where an account is closed by bajiapp due to a breach of these terms, bajiapp reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance depending on the nature of the breach. Withheld funds will be dealt with in accordance with applicable law.

Bajiapp may update or modify these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes may be made to reflect new legal requirements, platform updates, new product features, or to clarify existing policies. When material changes are made, bajiapp will notify registered players via email to the address on file and/or via a prominent notice on the platform for a period of not less than 14 days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the bajiapp platform after the effective date of any updated Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any updated terms, you should stop using the platform and close your account before the effective date of the changes.
